Urban Baggerie stands behind the quality of every product we sell.  If your order is not 100% free from defects in materials and workmanship, you may return it, in new condition, in its original packaging for a prompt replacement or merchandise refund. Please email office@urbanbaggerie.com for return authorization and we will email you a return shipping label.  All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of the item.

 

If you are dissatisfied with your non-personalized order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.  The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

 

Personalized items cannot be accepted for return. It is extremely important that you review your order for correctness prior to submission. We do understand, however, that mistakes happen! Take special care when reviewing your order; check your spelling, initials and names very carefully. In the event you’ve made an error and need a replacement, we would be happy to extend a 25% discount if you need to re-order. Of course, if we made the error, we will send a replacement item at no charge to you.

 

To make a return by mail, enclose the following in your return shipment:

1. A brief note that includes your name, phone number and the specifics of your refund request.
2. The original packing slip or payment receipt.
3. The merchandise in original condition.
