You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.  Please allow 1-3 business days if you request your item to be personalized.  When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination.  Your personalized item sent via standard UPS Ground shipping method should arrive within 7-10 days depending on the shipping address. (see map below for approximate delivery times)  If you need it quicker, we can ship UPS 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air to most locations for an additional shipping charge.  We can also ship to FPO/APO or an international address.  Please feel free to contact us before you place your order if you have any shipping questions.  office@urbanbaggerie.com.
